This refurbishment of an existing occupied residential building of 84 tenanted apartments was commissioned by the Government of Gibraltar, of a value of £1.6 million. The work includes the installation of new external render finish, waterproofing / tiling of roof terraces, structural concrete repairs, the installation of replacement windows and decoration of communal areas.
